Ex-large sizes and custom orders are available at special request. All Jessica's Original® designer dog clothes are created, designed and made in USA by Bette Katz. Our fabric prints may change as new ones arrive on the market, but our themes will stay the same. When requesting a specific color fabric print you can contact us on the availability. Special orders custom made: prepaid terms only. Shipping Policy: Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Shipping is First Class through USPS for deliveries to USA & Canada. UK and all other countries is 2-4 weeks delivery if correct shipping is paid. We will ship to other International countries as long as Paypal is offered in that area. All International customers please make sure you check the Non-US box on all items you purchase so you are charged the correct shipping prior to paying for your order. Our shopping cart is based on USA shipping only. The Non-US box will add additional shipping to ship to your country. There will be a delay in shipping on International orders until correct shipping and (if applicable) any charges to go thru customs are paid. We do not ship orders until payment is received. If you are unsure of pricing please contact us. Return Policy: All merchandise except customized items can be returned within 21 days of purchase only if product has a defect in workmanship. We will exchange an item that is in new and unused condition. Refund will only be for the actual purchase price of item not to include the shipping. All merchandise that is handmade may have some irregularities. Customers with large order returns must advise Jessica's Designer Pet Apparel in writing where large quantities are involved. If request is approved, Jessica's Designer Pet Apparel will issue a Return Authorization. A 15% handling charge will apply to all large quantity returns. All Returns must be made by customer on a freight pre-paid basis or Jessica's Designer Pet Apparel will refuse it. Special orders custom made is non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
